Hearing and Meeting Reports - We personally attend meetings and hearings in the Legislative and Administrative branches of state government and write detailed reports on what happened. The final report is e-mailed to you within 24-hours of the hearing, without attribution, so that you can send it directly to your client. All accompanying documents are sent by over-night mail. 

Public Affairs Reports - We research  subject areas  from the public policy perspective, ie., what is current law; what bills and regulations are in the hopper; who are the players; etc., to prepare you for meetings with your clients and potential clients. 

Businesses, lobbyists, attorneys, and consultants who need to know what is happening in the Legislature, a state agency, department or commission.

We report on the California Public Utilities Commission, the Energy Commission, Senate and Assembly Regular, Interim, Joint and Special Committees, the Energy Action Plan, California Board of Dentistry, Secondary Education Commission, and many others.

I use Ms. Beserra’s  technical reports to provide my clients with background information in areas where they need to know the public policy implications before they can act.  Her prodigious knowledge of state government and her excellent contacts enable me to get information otherwise unavailable to me.
